Andrew joined Merlon Capital Partners as a Principal upon its establishment in May 2010.

Prior to joining Merlon, Andrew was the Senior Dealer for Challenger Limited’s Australian equities team. Andrew originally joined Challenger in the middle office, responsible for unit pricing and accounting, before moving into the equities team in 2002 as a dealer. Andrew holds a B.Comm.
