Deepak has over 26 years of experience in the food industry and as an investor. Prior to Proterra, Deepak was a co-founder and managing director of Cargill Ventures, a venture capital fund within Cargill, leading investments in software and business process services. He joined Cargill in 1995 in the Strategy & Business Development Group and also spent time in Cargill’s fertilizer division.
