Mitch is an Investment Director at Cultiv8. He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investments, managing the portfolio, and developing relationships across the start-up ecosystem. Mitch is an experienced investor in private markets, specialising in agriculture and real assets.

He co-founded an independent consulting firm to focus on sustainable agriculture. He was a Director for M&G Alternatives, based in London, where he created their agriculture and natural capital strategy, investing in innovative Food and Ag-Tech start-ups, agribusinesses, and primary production.

Mitch received a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics Double Degree from the Australian National University. He holds the CFA and CAIA professional designations and is completing a Master of Agriculture Science at the University of Queensland.
