Sinclair joined Challenger Limited in September 2010 as Co-Portfolio Manager within the Smaller Companies Team. In the nine years prior to joining Challenger, he managed small and mid-cap portfolios at ING Investment Management and Deutsche Asset Management.

Sinclair gained sell side experience as a research analyst at HSBC Securities and Hartley Poynton, where he covered a diverse selection of small capitalisation industrial and energy stocks for institutional and retail clients.
