Symon has over 23 years' business management experience, most recently as Chief Operating Officer at Moss Capital where he was responsible for the firm's Finance, Corporate, Human Resources, Legal and Administration functions.

Prior to Moss Capital, Symon worked at global accounting firm EY where he gained experience across a range of businesses and transactions.

Symon is formerly Chairman of a social enterprise, Global Ethics Australia, and chairman and founder of The One Foundation Australia, which supports essential infrastructure projects in some of the world's poorest nations in Africa and Asia.
