Approach

Elanor aims to provide strong income and capital growth by investing in high investment quality real estate assets. All investment opportunities are assessed through a value-for-risk and sustainability lens, and with a focus on acquiring assets that have strong and differentiated market positions. While Elanor’s investment philosophy has remained unchanged since Elanor was established in 2009, it continues to respond to key macroeconomic and demographic changes.
